- Bilingual – She carried out her studies from kindergarden to junior high school at the International School of Milan, Oxford Institute in(Milano);
- High school certificate: Liceo Linguistico Internazionale, where she studied foreign languages;
- Professional Diploma in foreign languages (French and English) released by Scuola Superiore per Interpreti e Traduttori in Milano, where she followed a 3-year course to specialize as translator and interpreter. She also studied German;
- Vocal Technique, Theory and Solfeggio - Professional Certificate released by NAM in Milano, where she also specialized in stage-behaviour, diction, orthoepy and phonetics.
- She took voice lessons with Anna Bakja for two years at the SMUM Institute in Lugano, Switzerland, performing each year during the concerts at the Riforma Square in Lugano;
- She practiced blues and jazz improvisation with Anna Bakja and Angela Baggi;
- She studies regularly with Sheila Jordan e Jay Clayton when they come to Italy, and she organizes Master Classes and Workshops for them during their tours;
- She studied classical piano with Dorothy Mae Charles who was also her first voice teacher, and with Irma Pandolfi. She took harmony and jazz piano lessons with Claudio Pozzi;
- She followed various workshops and seminars (gospel and black music, jazz, improvisation, vocal technique) and is constantly keeping up-to-date on subjects concerning vocal training, vocal technique, jazz music and teaching.
- She followed seminars at the VocalSound association, held by Anna Bakja;

- She followed the Corso di Psicodinamica at the ISPA association in Milano;
- She followed a 5 day course with Mary Setrakian, who teaches voice at the Black Nexxus Acting Studio of Susan Batson in New York and Los Angeles, working, under her guidance on connecting the singing technique to the acting technique.
- She regularly studies voice and trains with Francoise Goddard.

- She has been the vocalist of the Enos Patracchini Big Band until 2005, when Maestro Enos Patracchini suddenly died. With the Big Band she had gigs in Theaters and in clubs, such as the Gimmi's Club in Milan. She also participated to TV shows such as Telethon, with the Big Band, and sang for prestigious events organized by the Commune of Milano and various other Communes such as "Milano Estate" where the Big Band played in Piazza del Cannone at the Sforza Castle. She had the joy and honour of singing with artists such as Emilio Soana, Giancarlo Porro, Riccardo Vigoré, Umberto Marcandalli, Massimo Patracchini, Mario Cavallaro, Pippo Colucci. The musicians of the Enos Patracchini Big Band with whom she shared the stage for seven years are: Diego Lambertini, Wolf Ekkhart Sillem, Luciano Guerrieri, Martino Pozzi, Paolo Lopolito, Paolo Rebulla, Costanzo Laini, Andrea Baroldi, Paolo Bulgheroni, Pietro Maiocchi, Francesca Belcastro, Massimo Patracchini, Lewis Edward Short, Sergio Chieregato, Bruno Manzini, Germano Sigolo, Anna Bettoni and Giorgio Chiari;
- She has been the vocalist of the "Original Garden Jazz Band" for seven years;
- She is the vocalist of the "Cormano Jazz Quintet Ensemble" of Mario Cavallaro (trumpet and flicorn).
- She is the vocalist of the Cormano Big Band directed by Maestro Mario Cavallaro.
- She collaborated for years with "Guitar Club" and "Drum Club" magazines;
- Voice and vocal technique instructor at the music school Gynmusic – Una nota di note , in Paderno Dugnano (Milan) from the year 2000 to the year 2004;
- She taught voice intermediate and advanced (professional) courses at the N.A.M. school of Vittorio Bianco and Tullio De Piscopo in Milano;
- She draws, paints, paints on silk, writes poems and lyrics to songs, apart from composing music;
- She is a member of A.I.C.I. (Italian Voice teachers Association) which is a member of E.V.T.A. (European Voice Teachers Association). A.I.C.I. is also a member of I.C.V.T. (International Congress of Voice Teachers);
- She is, at present, Head of the Voice Courses and vocal technique instructor at the Accademia Vivaldi in Bollate, Milano;

- For her jazz projects, she collaborated with Piero Orsini, Gianni Cazzola, Giancarlo Urso, Ermanno Principe, and other musicians.
- For her "duo" voice/guitar project she collaborates with Ermanno Principe and Daniele Bonadei. She also collaborated with the Cuban percussionist Yamil Castillo Otero and with the Italian percussionist Chico Marchica.
- For the concerts of her "4 Heaven & More" project, she collaborated with the following musicians: Giancarlo Urso, Claudio Pozzi, Riccardo Vigoré, Ermanno Principe, Dario Gentile, Mino Fabiano, Francesco Corvino.
- She sings in Angela Baggi 's Underground Gospel Project. With this contemporary gospel choir she performed during important events, such as “Acqua per l’Etiopia” ("Water for Ethiopia" 2004) at the Idropark Fila in Milan, and at the yearly Christmas concert “Una Notte Per gli Angeli”, that was organized in Piazza Duomo in Milano on December 19th and 20th 2003 e 2004. With this vocal group, she participated to events such as "Acqua per l'Etiopia" (2004) at the Idropark Fila and to concerts held during the event "Una Notte per gli Angeli" in Piazza Duomo in Milan in December 2003 and 2004. In December 2004 a film and recording of U.G.P.'s live performance was included in a box containing a DVD and CD of various Gospel Groups which participated to this prestigious event. Eva Simontacchi recorded, with other artists, the vocals in the U.G.P. demo which was recorded at the LOGIC Studio of Carmelo La Bionda. (2003)
 - For the U.G.P. project she collaborated on stage or at the recording studio, with the following artists: Monica Magnani, Isabella Casucci, Jenny Tempesta, Elisa Rosselli, Ferdinando di Martino, Claudia Bernath, Letizia Turrà, Sheu Tanimowo, Sagi Reitan, Yonatan Rukhman, Ranieri Di Biagio, Andrea Candido, Marco Guerzoni, Cristina Di Bella, Alice Edun e Marlena Colecchia, Barbara Gargiana, Giancarlo Genise, Tiziana Varisco, Yama Ismael;
- For U.G.P.'s projects she collaborated with the following musicians: Andrea Pollione, Marco Mangelli, Salvo Correri, Marcello “Bread” Schena, Giancarlo Urso and Markelian Kapedani;
- With the U.G.P. project of Angela Baggi, she performed during events such as “Pane per Betlemme” and “Acqua per l’Etiopia”, that were broadcasted live world-wide by Telepace and by other TV stations, sharing the stage with Luisa Corna, Junior Robinson, Milly Carlucci, and other artists; with U.G.P. she also performed in Milanese clubs such as: Gimmi's Club, La Salumeria della Musica, Le Scimmie.

- Courses: Eva Simontacchi attended various Vocal Power Singing Method workshops held by Elisabeth Howard (in the various styles: Blues, R&B, Jazz, Rock, Musical Theatre, ecc.) organized by the Associazione Italiana Insegnanti di Canto. She is a certified Vocal Power Instructor for the Vocal Power Singing Method by Elisabeth Howard.
